Ingredients
  • 2 10 oz pkg CHOPPED SPINACH; COOKED AND DRAINED
  • 2 -3 cups PEPPRIDGE FARM HERB STUFFING (not cubed)
  • 2 ONIONS; CHOPPED FINE (can use 1)
  • 6 EGGS; BEATEN
  • 3/4 cup MELTED BUTTER
  • 1/2 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 teaspoon GARLIC
  • 1/2 teaspoon THYME
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Accent, optional

Directions
  1. Mix all together. Refrigerate until well chilled. Roll into a small ball and cook on greased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. This can be frozen before or after cooking. Serve hot.
  2. Recipe says to thaw for 1 hour before baking if frozen.
  3. Recipe also says freeze 1 hour on cookie sheet before baking. I have never done this.
