Spinach Balls

- 2 10 oz pkg CHOPPED SPINACH; COOKED AND DRAINED shopping list
- 2 -3 cups PEPPRIDGE FARM herb STUFFING (not cubed) shopping list
- 2 ONIONS; CHOPPED FINE (can use 1) shopping list
- 6 EGGS; BEATEN shopping list
- 3/4 cup MELTED butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Accent, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together. Refrigerate until well chilled. Roll into a small ball and cook on greased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. This can be frozen before or after cooking. Serve hot.
- Recipe says to thaw for 1 hour before baking if frozen.
- Recipe also says freeze 1 hour on cookie sheet before baking. I have never done this.
