I've made this and it's very good, but I did mine in the oven. Great post.

This sounds fantastic. Can't wait to try. I love Russian dressing and eat chicken all the time, this is a must try.

Some people have been asking me where to find Russian Dressing, I know only some Grovery Stores carry it around here, so I posted my Russian Dressing Recipe, but it ususally takes a double batch of that recipe to use in this one. I hope that helps!!

The photo of this dish has me salivating like Pavlov's dog. How much chicken do you use when you make it? Do you use white or dark or a combination of the two. I'm inclined to want to use some of both, boned and skinned.

Thanks, I used to make this in the oven, and gave up when I could not find Russian dressing. I will find your Russian dressing today, thanks. FYI in desperation I have substituted Catalina for Russian dressing.

Just tried this tonight. thanks! it was a hit with my (expert cook) boyfriend. added one onion and about one forth teaspoon paprika. my chicken was done between 3 and a half and 4 hours on low. i used two breasts and about 5 thighs.

Try breading the chicken with Progresso bread crumbs or whatever you prefer before baking or cooking in a crock pot with the mixture. It is phenomenal!
