How to make it

  • Combine milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch, mace and black pepper in a blender.
  • Process until smooth and set aside.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting the salt.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Spray a large non-stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook and stir ham and chives over medium heat until ham is lightly browned.
  • Stir in milk mixture and peas.
  • Cook until thickened.
  • Combine noodles and milk mixture in a large bowl.
  • Add parmesan cheese.
  • Toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.

    Always nice to cut down on some fat and calories - this sounds very tasty, and I don't think I'd miss the fat in this. Nice post!
