Great variation on an old classic. Have you ever tried mixing the peanut butter and jelly and then putting it on the bread. You get WAAAAYYYY more bread coverage.

Well, it looks good, but I would put peanut butter on both slices of bread and put the jelly(apple) in the middle. now thats a pb&j. :)
