Ingredients
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1 cup cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes
  • 1 tbsp melted Butter
  • 3/4 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 325
  2. In a Bowl stir together everything, except topping ingredients.
  3. Transfer mixture into a Baking dish.
  4. Mix topping ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle over Tuna mixture.
  5. Bake for 50 Minutes
