Ingredients

1 cup long grain white rice

1 cup Beef broth

1 can chicken broth

1/2 stick butter

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp seasoned salt (like Lawry's)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in 2 qt oven safe bowl

Bake at 350 for one hour uncovered

This is a great way to prepare rice, what a different flavor from cooking on top of stove. I added frozen peas to this . Was A-OK.
