Sweet - Sour - Chicken Breasts Diabetic

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 20-ounce can juice-packed pineapple chunks shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar (I use Splenda 1/2 and 1/2) shopping list
- 2 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 c vinegar shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine pineapple chunks with their
- juice, sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in large skillet. Add chicken.Cook
- over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently as sauce thickens. Add green pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes longer, or until vegetables and chicken are tender.
- Makes 4 Servings.
