Frozen Bacon Roll UPs Appetizer Recipe
Bacon makes it better! Delicious appetizer that is frozen first, and baked WITHOUT thawing! Great for the holidays, buffets, parties. Very Good!! A great time saver.

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm thin bread
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Directions
  1. May or may not cut the crust from bread, your choice
  2. Roll bread thin with rolling pin
  3. Spread with cream cheese
  4. Roll up jelly roll fashion
  5. Cut into thirds
  6. Wrap cut bacon slices around bread
  7. Secure with a toothpick
  8. Freeze until ready to use
  9. When ready, place frozen roll ups in pan
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
  11. Delish!
