Turkey Taco Filling Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey meat

2 T olive oil

1 yellow onion, chopped

1 t garlic powder

1 t cumin

1 t coriander

1 t oregano

1 t dried thyme

1 t paprika

1/2 t cayenne

1/2 t pepper

1/2 t salt

16 oz can peti cut tomatoes

Directions

Brown turkey meat with olive oil until all liquid is gone.

Add remaining oil and saute onions with meat for 3 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Adjust seasonings if necessary.
