Yep, I remember one "upscale" restaurant in the small town area I grew up in - relish tray to start, seafood augratin for app, crab louis for salad, a tasty entree, and polished off with a fancy stemmed glass filled with vanilla ice cream that had been mixed with a liqueur - MAN, those were the DAYS!! Thanks for the walk down memory lane...
