Classic Mushrooms A La Greque

- 1 lb (450g) button mushrooms shopping list
- 12 oz (350g) tomatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 oz (40g) finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 pint (300ml) white wine shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the Onion in the Olive Oil. Add the White Wine and Garlic and season. Add skinned, quartered Tomatoes, along with the Mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes uncovered. Chill and sprinkle with Parsley before serving. Serves 6.
