Savory Grilled Pork Chops

- 4 - 6 large, thick cut pork chops shopping list
- meat tenderizer shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- Plastic Wrap shopping list
- MARINADE / GRILLING SAUCE shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. Kikoman's Stir Fry Sauce shopping list
- 2 - 3 T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 t. chopped garlic shopping list
- Splash of orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 c EVOO shopping list
How to make it
- The night before, season each pork chop with meat tenderizer (eliminates need for salt, for us) and garlic pepper
- Wrap each chop individually in plastic wrap, and place in fridge
- Mix together all ingredients for sauce, and seal in airtight container.
- Place in fridge.
- 1 - 2 hours before grilling, unwrap chops and place in ziploc bag with 1/2 the marinade
- 30 minutes before grilling set pork out to come to room temp, to help avoice sticking
- Baste each side with sauce often while grilling (but try to turn meat only once)
- Grill to internal temperature of 170
- Great with broccoli slaw, cooked apples, and green beans with red potatoes & onion cooked in them.
