Ingredients

How to make it

  • The night before, season each pork chop with meat tenderizer (eliminates need for salt, for us) and garlic pepper
  • Wrap each chop individually in plastic wrap, and place in fridge
  • Mix together all ingredients for sauce, and seal in airtight container.
  • Place in fridge.
  • 1 - 2 hours before grilling, unwrap chops and place in ziploc bag with 1/2 the marinade
  • 30 minutes before grilling set pork out to come to room temp, to help avoice sticking
  • Baste each side with sauce often while grilling (but try to turn meat only once)
  • Grill to internal temperature of 170
  • Great with broccoli slaw, cooked apples, and green beans with red potatoes & onion cooked in them.

This sounds like something I could make using the wild boar my dog Trixie chased down for me yesterday.
