Savory Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

This is one of those things that just happened one night when I was feeling creative and concocted this marinade! Start this dish the night before.

Ingredients
- 4 - 6 large, thick cut pork chops
- Meat Tenderizer
- Garlic Pepper
- Plastic Wrap
- 1.5 c. Kikoman's Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 - 3 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 1 t. chopped garlic
- Splash of Orange Juice
Directions
- The night before, season each pork chop with meat tenderizer (eliminates need for salt, for us) and garlic pepper
- Wrap each chop individually in plastic wrap, and place in fridge
- Mix together all ingredients for sauce, and seal in airtight container.
- Place in fridge.
- 30 minutes before grilling, set meat out to come to room temperature
- Baste each side with marinade often while grilling (but try to turn meat only once)
- Grill to internal temperature of 170
- Great with broccoli slaw, cooked apples, and green beans with red potatoes & onion cooked in them.
