Ingredients
  • 3 lb whole chicken
  • 1lb salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Make a bed of salt in a baking pan or dish just big enough to hold chicken.
  3. Be sure to cover entire bottom with salt
  4. Place chicken in center of salt
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Don't open oven until done.
