Russian Salt Chicken

Just good chicken. Not salty. You will be surprised
Ingredients
- 3 lb whole chicken shopping list
- 1lb salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Make a bed of salt in a baking pan or dish just big enough to hold chicken.
- Be sure to cover entire bottom with salt
- Place chicken in center of salt
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Don't open oven until done.
