How to make it

  • Mix jelly and Chili sauce (and cayenne pepper if you choose) in a large bowl
  • Place frozen meatballs and mixture in crock pot
  • Cook on low-medium for 4 hours, stirring now and then, or until sauce has thickened
  • Serve!

    A favorite for years. Sometimes if using turkey meatballs will use jellied cranberry sauce for the jelly.

    An old favorite except mine uses cranberry jell and lemon juice. All the same except for that. Thanks for post. DottieT

    Great post! I had some meatballs at a catered affair this past summer and I was convinced they had a jelly sauce in the glaze. I have pulled another recipe from this site to see if I can come close to those I had. I'm printing yours off too. They sound wonderful. Thanks.
