Easy leftovers can be easily frozen and reheated a real chill chaser for the upcoming cold winter nights.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1 14 oz can corn
- 2 14 oz cans pinto beans
- 3 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 1.25 oz package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1.25 oz package dry ranch style dressing mix
- 2 and 1/2 cups water
- if you prefer it really spicy 2 hot peppers of your choice chopped
Directions
- Brown the gound beef and onion together in a large soup pot
- drain the grease well and return to the soup pot
- add all the other ingredients and mix well
- bring to a gentle boil over medium to high heat
- reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
- terrific with a nice crusty garlicky bread and salad
