Creole Seasoned Cabbage Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
  • I head of cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
  • olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
  • Tony's Creole Seasoning

Directions
  1. Cut 1 head of cabbage cut into 8 wedges.
  2. Lay each wedge on it own piece of aluminum foil (big enough to wrap tightly).
  3. Spritz each wedge with olive oil.
  4. Dot each wedge with pats of margarine or butter.
  5. Generously sprinkle with Creole Seasoning.
  6. Wrap tightly and cook in a 350F degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
  7. (Open one and check for fork tenderness.)

I've made this and love it...I make it in the microwave and add a splash of white wine or chicken broth. Easy and Wonderful!
I use Tony Chachere's on veggies, steak, popcorn...Excellent spice blend
