Ingredients

10-1/2 ounce package firm silken tofu

1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dill weed

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons water

1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until completely smooth.

My mom and I used to make a dill dressing with buttermilk and serve it on fresh spinach with bacon and chopped eggs. Dill and eggs are made to go-together. I would love to try this version because tofu is my new friend.
