- 12 oz plain flour shopping list
- 11 oz caster sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 8 oz whole almonds shopping list
- 4 oz ground almonds shopping list
- 3 medium eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients to a soft dough
- roll into sausage shapes 1" round
- bake @ 180c till golden
- remove from oven and cool slightly
- while still warm slice at an angle with a serrated knife about 1cm thick
- replace on tray and bake again until crisp and golden
- cool on wire rack
- when cool store in air tight container
