How to make it

  • mix all ingredients to a soft dough
  • roll into sausage shapes 1" round
  • bake @ 180c till golden
  • remove from oven and cool slightly
  • while still warm slice at an angle with a serrated knife about 1cm thick
  • replace on tray and bake again until crisp and golden
  • cool on wire rack
  • when cool store in air tight container
