Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

med size can crushed pineapple with the juice

Icing

1/2 cup butter

8 oz cream cheese at room temp.

11/2 cup powder sugar

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a non greased 13x9" cake pan. Bake@350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Mix icing ingredients while cake is baking. Ice cake while cake is still hot
