How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken to skillet then cook 5 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to platter then cover and keep warm.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the green onions to skillet and cook 3 minutes longer.
  • Combine cornstarch and broth in small bowl then stir until blended.
  • Add to skillet with orange sections, reserved juice and liqueur then cook 1 minute more.
  • Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with remaining onions then sprinkle with red pepper.
