Orange Chicken

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions divided shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/3 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 navel oranges peeled and sectioned (reserve juice) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange flavored liqueur shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to skillet then cook 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer to platter then cover and keep warm.
- Add 1/2 cup of the green onions to skillet and cook 3 minutes longer.
- Combine cornstarch and broth in small bowl then stir until blended.
- Add to skillet with orange sections, reserved juice and liqueur then cook 1 minute more.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with remaining onions then sprinkle with red pepper.
