Tomatoey Curry Chicken

- Like I have always said, do not pay attention to my prep and cook time. shopping list
- 4 chicken deboned, skinless breasts or chicken tenders (I use tenders) cut into pieces shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- 2/3 cups light beer (Miller Lite of course) shopping list
- 1 can 10.75 ounce condensed tomato soup shopping list
- 1 heaping teaspoon really good curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 heaping teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- garlic powder sprinkled liberally shopping list
- Freshed cracked pepper to taste shopping list
- Parmesan (probably spelled wrong) cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in the unsalted butter
- Mix together beer, tomato soup, curry, basil, pepper and heat in skillet for 10 min. on low
- Pour over cut up chicken in 8X8 pyrex dish
- Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Uncover and put cheese on top and place back in oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
