How to make it

  • Saute onion in the unsalted butter
  • Mix together beer, tomato soup, curry, basil, pepper and heat in skillet for 10 min. on low
  • Pour over cut up chicken in 8X8 pyrex dish
  • Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Uncover and put cheese on top and place back in oven until cheese is melted.
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles.

    Mmm this sounds good and the beer part as well lol. I think I'll make this soon Great Recipe I'll give you my ratings as soon as I try it but I can see already the chances are heading towards a 5. Great Recipe.

    Hi Gingerlea,
    I saw yur tomatoey chicken curry recipe and thought it looked wonderful. I ws surprised to see that we both live in the Tampa Bay area. I can't wait to try this recipe.

    I've been looking for a chicken curry recipe..i have a beef one that i wing it with whenever i have leftover steak or roast but this sounds yummy..and im CANADIAN so will be using our superior beer in this one!!hahahahah

    I love a nice curry. Serving it with croisants... wonderful!

    Miller Lite beer... because it's American, is it just light in colour, or is it either low-alcohol or low-carb beer? Just figuring out a local substitute.
