Ingredients
  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 pkg pepperoni
  • 1/2 pkg pepperoni w/ jalapenos (this is the crucial ingredient!)
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded

Directions
  1. Spread out pizza dough on cookie sheet.
  2. Cover dough with rows of pepperoni.
  3. Alternate rows of regular pepperoni and jalapeno pepperoni.
  4. Cover pepperoni with mozzarella.
  5. Roll into log and slice top width-wise to allow for venting.
  6. Bake at 325 for 45 min. (make sure dough is completely cooked throughout center of stromboli)
  7. Serve with marinara or ranch dressing (if you're from the north).
  8. We have also done garlic butter.
