Sounds yummy especially right now...I make this also but I add 1/2lb hot or regular sausage and 1/2lb ground beef along with some fresh basil and sometimes some burgandy wine. Gives the sauce a completely different taste. Great for a fast sauce mix in. Thanks, It's Wed. can I come over? He He I always enjoy other's friends cooking!

Sounds good! Similar to the "Sunday sauce" we do at our house... (pasta al ragù) only ours is really rich and cooks for a long time. I'm probably making it tomorrow, I need something extremely sinful to eat in this cold! I'll try yours out when i get some green peppers. ty

Makes me remember how dad always said, if it it's Tuesday it must be meatloaf, or Sunday was roasted chicken, our pssghegti night was always Thursday and fish stick on Friday. Beans and ham hock with rice on Monday. Your spaghetti sounds yummy and very close to what I do for a weeknight supper. I like to vary the meat ratio sometimes...I've even done the tofu crumbles and no one has objected yet. Toodles, dear.

People get used to buying the prepared sauce and not adding to it. This is great! Thanks! Tony liked it too!!!
