Ingredients

Olive Oil

2 - 10 oz packages frozen spinach

2 T chopped garlic

1/2 red onion, choped

Seasoned Salt

Garlic Pepper

2 T. pimentos

1/2 lb. crumbled, cooked bacon, or diced ham

1 small can sliced black olives, drained

1 - 8 oz cream cheese

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c mayo

1 env. dry ranch dressing or dry italian dressing mix

10 inch flour tortillas

Directions

Drizzle olive oil in large non-stick skillet

Saute together, onion, spinach, garlic, and seasoning

Drain all water

Stir together with other ingredients

Spread on flour tortillas, roll tightly, and chill 24 hours
