Grand Marnier Souffle

- Short 2 cups pastry cream shopping list
- 3 egg whites + 1 pinch of salt shopping list
- 3 tbsps Grand Marnier liqueur shopping list
- 2 tbsps granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tbls butter shopping list
How to make it
- Coat four 6 oz ramekins with butter and dust with granulated sugar. Turn them over to remove excess sugar.
- Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
- In a larger bowl, mix the pastry cream and Grand Marnier together; slowly fold the egg whites into the pastry cream mixture.
- Fill prepared ramekins and bake in oven at 500°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately
