Ingredients

Short 2 cups pastry cream

3 egg whites + 1 pinch of salt

3 tbsps Grand Marnier liqueur

2 tbsps granulated sugar

2 tbls butter

Directions

Coat four 6 oz ramekins with butter and dust with granulated sugar. Turn them over to remove excess sugar.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.

In a larger bowl, mix the pastry cream and Grand Marnier together; slowly fold the egg whites into the pastry cream mixture.

Fill prepared ramekins and bake in oven at 500°F for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately
