How to make it

  • Beat eggs in bowl; add vanilla, lemon, orange juice. Add sugar. Add to ricotta, add flour and mix well. Pour into pie crusts
  • Bake at 325 for 1-1 ½ hours
  • This recipe really makes 4 full pies and 1 half pie, take some from the 4 pies to make a complete 5th.
  • Optional: you can add some chocolate chunks or chips to pie. I don't do this but I know some have.

I quartered the recipe and just made one pie, and we really liked it. We ate it warm and enjoyed every bite!

Believe me, when you taste this wonderful pie, you'll want to make 5, Mama!! LOL I always make several of these for the holidays, to have on hand for drop-in company, and family dinners. Thanks, Diva!

Well if it makes 5 pies, then I don't have to make any. You can just UPS me one!
