    Yum yum! This is somewhat similar to the rice-walnut-cheese loaf that we make in my family, but it has more veggies... looks like an awesome variation. Thanks for the recipe!

    Hi Kukla! THIS is the dish that brought me first to grouprecipes, way back in January 2008. I don't know what I googled, but this was the recipe that came up first in google and it was the first time I had ever heard of GroupRecipes.

    Anyway, it took me this long to FINALLY make it! Last Tuesday, I got most of the ingredients together (I forgot the zucchini and substituted broccoli which was on hand), stirred all the ingredients up and baked this baby! It was DEE-LISH!

    Thank you for contributing this recipe. It's great right out of the oven and it's terrific to warm up in the microwave at work. And it's easy on the wallet, too!

    Sounds really good, Kukla. I know what you mean about not caring for meat sometimes - I really prefer vegetarian in the summer months.
