How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients and marinade the Chicken wings for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Put Chicken wings in an oven pan with enough marinade to cover the bottom of the pan. Put in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Add more water to the pan and return to the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees and bake 15 minutes more.
  • Remove pan and let wings stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  • NOTE: If desired you you may simmer the left over marinade to pour over the cooked wings. BUT make sure you bring the marinade to a BOIL and SIMMER for 10 minutes. It MUST be cooked because it had RAW chicken in it. Otherwise discard the marinade.

    Mmmmmmm... your wings look delicious. You'll have to check my recipes for wings out. I think you'll like them. I understand the milk allergy your wife has. I too have an allergy to milk as-well-as other members of my family. Some more severe than others. I have semi-outgrown my allergy/sensitivity and can enjoy some milk products and certain low fat cheeses. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
