How to make it

  • Boil first 8 ingredients for 5 minutes.
  • Add tea. Boil for 5 minutes, steep for 10. Strain.
  • Add honey and bring to a boil until melted.
  • Add milk, heat through and serve.

    This was an awesome warm up this a.m. and I don't like milk. But I loved this. The bay was an unusual addition to me, but it adds a speical flavor. Thanks for the post.
