Ingredients
  • 3 cups dechlorinated water (for city water let water stand in an open container on a container overnight for the chlorine to evaporate)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup buckwheat groots
  • butter

Directions
  1. heat your oven to 300 degrees
  2. bring the water to a boil and add the salt and buckwheat
  3. simmer until the groots have absorbed most of the water
  4. drain thoroughly
  5. lay out flat in a greases ovenproof pan and bake 20 minutes
  6. serve with butter
  7. or honey or cinnamon or experiment and PRZYJEMNOŚĆ (enjoy)
