Kasza Gryczana or Polish Baked buckwheat

- 3 cups dechlorinated water (for city water let water stand in an open container on a container overnight for the chlorine to evaporate) shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup buckwheat groots shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- heat your oven to 300 degrees
- bring the water to a boil and add the salt and buckwheat
- simmer until the groots have absorbed most of the water
- drain thoroughly
- lay out flat in a greases ovenproof pan and bake 20 minutes
- serve with butter
- or honey or cinnamon or experiment and PRZYJEMNOŚĆ (enjoy)
