Good alternative to the traditional chili.

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breast, cooked & diced
  • 3 16 oz cans northern beans
  • 3 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
  • 1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
  • 1 12 oz can shoe peg corn
  • 2 T oregano
  • 2 t cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Enjoy!
