easy way to fix pork loin and it makes a really good gravy.

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 lb) pork loin
  • 3 bacon strips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 C dijon justard
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream

Directions
  1. Wrap pork loin with bacon strips.
  2. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over pork.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake @ 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  5. Broil last 15 minutes for crispy bacon.
  6. Serve over rice.

This dish was wonderful! I made it last night & could not stop picking. I served the gravy over brown rice. I skipped the bacon & added green onions, cracked black pepper & I used a cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Yummy. I will definatley make this again.
