How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Cook rice in broth. Arrange layers of cooked rice, turkey, broccoli.
  • Make sauce by cooking together soup, mushrooms, milk, sherry, and seasonings.
  • Saute onion & green pepper in butter and add to hot sauce.
  • Add cheddar cheese to sauce.
  • Stir until Cheese melts.
  • Pour sauce over layered ingredients and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
  • Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.

    This one is very different from the one I tried this Christmas with the left over Turkey, I had found it here too. Will save this one for next year.
