Smoked Salmon Spread

- pound (two 8-ounce packages) cream cheese, at room temperature shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill shopping list
- 2 teaspoons bottled horseradish, drained shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Blend cream cheese in an electric mixer just until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper; mix. Add smoked salmon and blend well.
- Chill and serve with crudités or crackers

Wonderful recipe, my husband LOVES it- the only thing I don't do is add the sour cream. And I use half a lemon squeezed other than that, that's my smoked salmon recipe! she stole it from me!! :)
