Ingredients

- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka

- 2 oz Pineapple Juice

- 2 oz Cranberry Cocktail

Directions

To make vanilla infused vodka, add 4 vanilla beans to a 26 oz bottle of vodka and let sit, or use pre-infused vodka (there at least two major brands produced). Use Cranberry Cocktail (a mix of cranberry juice, water and sugar) or products labeled as Cranberry Juice that contain apple or grape juice (100% pure cranberry juice is too tart). Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Strain into pre-chilled martini glass. Can also be served over ice in an cocktail glass.

I never would have associated cheesecake with this recipe... I have made this before on several occasions because I like the flavor combinations. It's really good and yes Hottamale, it is dangerous ;)

This recipe was a great idea, I tried it and I thought it was good. I added a little whip cream in the martini shaker, and it gave it a little creamy texture and a bit more sweetness. Good drink!
