Lickity split frosting in minutes! Can be mixed by hand or with a mixer. Simple and good...YUM!

Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 4 c. (approx. 1 lb.) powdered sugar
- 4 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- *Splash of Milk (May need more)*
Directions
- Blend cream cheese and milk.
- Add sugar, one cup at a time,beating until smooth after each addition. Then, add the melted Chocolate, folding it in.
- Add additional milk if necessary to bring to spreading consistency.
- If tightly covered, this frosting may be kept in refrigerator for several days.
