Velvet Sweet Potato

This is a melt-in-your mouth recipe
Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potato, cooked shopping list
- 50 ml butter or margarine (4 heaped tablespoons) shopping list
- 80 ml warm milk ( 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 125 ml cream (1/2 cup) shopping list
- 125 ml cheese, grated (1/2 cup) shopping list
How to make it
- Mash the sweet potato.
- Mix in the butter and milk and stirr in the salt.
- Place in a pie dish
- Beat the cream till stiff.
- Mix in the cheese.
- Place over the sweet potato.
- Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
