  • 4 pounds boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons browning-and seasoning sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. In a food processor bowl; add all ingredients.
  2. Process until smooth.

You can use it for anything you would use bulk sausage for, even stuffing casings if you have the technology.
