Cajun Corn Bread

- 1 bell pepper (I just used the assorted halves I had leftover) shopping list
- 1/2 chili pepper shopping list
- 6 strips bacon (diced) shopping list
- 10oz bag corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups corn Meal shopping list
- 1 Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- cayenne pepper to taste shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350f
- place your baking dish in it to get hot.
- Dice up the peppers and chili.
- Cook the bacon off.
- Add the peppers, chili, and corn and saute until tender.
- Crush the corn with a fork and add the heavy cream and blend well. Let cool.
- Mix the flour, salt, corn meal, baking powder and cayenne pepper. Mix the milk, cheese, and eggs to the bacon/corn mixture and add to the corn meal mixture.
- Mix until blended.
- Spread mixure into baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until done
