Mars Cheesecake Tart

One of the best cheesecakes pies you will surprise your guests with.The filling is so rich with cream and the melted Mars Bars gives it a different caramel and chocolate flavour than usual.You should really try.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 3 tsp gelatine powder shopping list
- 1 cup full cream milk shopping list
- 120g (9oz) Mars Bars chopped shopping list
- 500grams cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 tablespoons powder sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder shopping list
- 1 cup heavy or thickened cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chocolate crumbs and butter and press into bottom and 2 inches up the side of an 8 inch spring form pan. Chill.
- Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add Mars Bars and continue to stir over low heat until mixture is smooth, cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Beat in Mars Bars mixture and vanilla. Add cream and beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
- You may sprinkle some chopped Mars small pieces over top.
- Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
- If desired garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced Mars Bars or your favourite caramel sauce.
