A fuss-free entrée which is easy to prepare and healthy to boot. And if you love the few seconds of adrenaline rush when the sharp wasabi scent shots up your noses, this is for you ;)
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, diced shopping list
- 6 prawns, veins removed shopping list
- raisins, a handful shopping list
- 1 tsp pine nuts shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 tsp wasabi powder shopping list
- 2 tsp light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp sake/white cooking wine shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 1 tsp rice vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the prawns in a pot of water till cooked.
- Put avocado, prawns, raisins and pine nuts on a serving plate.
- Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the prawn avocado and serve.
