just throw in a couple of smashed raw garlic cloves, roasted is too much effort for this step. Also, adding a couple of Tbls of soy sauce will help with skin color and flavor. An awesome prep for poultry. Thanks!

YIPPEEE! I heard about doing this! Was on vacation and saw a bag of something similar (not exactly) to this in a store, and was going to purchase it (but, being the Bunny I am...forgot)SO...been looking around for a recipe to do it this Thanksgiving. Who knew Noir? Voile!
