A beef dish that my family loves, you can make as much or as little as you need or want.

Ingredients
- Package round steak
- 1/4 onion finely diced
- 3 cups water
- 5 or 5 beef boulion cubes
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut round steak into serving size peices. Add to crock pot with rest of the ingredients. Cook 4-6 hours on low.When steak is done cooking add a 3/4 c water mixed with 1/2 c flour that has been well mixed to crock pot. stir well. Cook another 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.

I made this for dinner tonight. So easy! I put it in the crock pot this morning and added the flour mixture when I got home. I had to crank up the crock pot to high and let it cook longer than the recipe called for to thicken up the gravy, but that could be my crock pot. I served it over mashed potatoes with corn on the cob. Thank you so much.
