Steak n Gravy

A beef dish that my family loves, you can make as much or as little as you need or want.
Ingredients
- Package round steak shopping list
- 1/4 onion finely diced shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 5 or 5 beef boulion cubes shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut round steak into serving size peices. Add to crock pot with rest of the ingredients. Cook 4-6 hours on low.When steak is done cooking add a 3/4 c water mixed with 1/2 c flour that has been well mixed to crock pot. stir well. Cook another 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.

I made this for dinner tonight. So easy! I put it in the crock pot this morning and added the flour mixture when I got home. I had to crank up the crock pot to high and let it cook longer than the recipe called for to thicken up the gravy, but tha...more
