Makes Its Own Crust Coconut Pecan Pie

- 1/4 c butter (real butter) shopping list
- 1 c sugar (I use 1/2 Splenda) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 c milk ( 2%) shopping list
- 1/4 c self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 c flaked coconut shopping list
- 3/4 c chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after
- each. Add milk and flour, blending well. Stir in coconut and pecans.
- Pour into lightly greased 9" pie pan, and bake in preheated 350 oven
- for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
