Oh yeah - I did this for my girls when they were younger, too, but I usually used chocolate frosting (since that was my husband's fave). Personally, I am a white frosting kind of girl (but I know you already know that!), so I like your version best! Great snack for kids AND adults!!

Great idea, Organicmama! I might use your recipe and dip a few of the finished grahams in some chocolate. Yanno, make a few of these grahams with the frosting, a layer of whipped cream, more grahams, maybe a little pudding, more whipped cream, more...and you'll create a new icebox cake recipe!
