Happy Holiday Egg Nog

- 6-8 eggs (depends on size) shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup rum shopping list
- 1/2 cup brandy shopping list
- 1/2 cup whiskey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg, freshly grated shopping list
- Note: I often double this recipe. shopping list
How to make it
- Separate the eggs and set the whites aside.
- Mix the yolks well, gradually adding the cream, milk, and sugar. Whip the egg whites until "soft peaks" form.
- Fold the whites into the yolk mixture.
- Gradually add the Rum, Brandy and Whiskey.
- Let the egg nog stand, uncovered, in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Grate Nutmeg over the top right before serving.

Im not that big on alcohol but i love my egg nog its one thing my girlfriend dont like but i can still have as much as i want
