Nice light coconut custard pie that makes it's own crust.

Ingredients
  • 2c. milk
  • 1/2c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4c. butter-melted
  • 11/2t. vanilla
  • 1/2c. bisquick
  • 1c. coconut

Directions
  1. Put everything in a blender and blend at lowest speed for 3 mins.
  2. Let stand 5 mins.
  3. Grease pie pan. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle coconut on top
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
