How to make it

  • In Large Bowl, Mix Butter & Sugar at LOW Speed until Blended, Increase Speed to HIGH, Beat Until Light & Fluffy. At LOW Speed, Beat in: Vinegar & Baking Soda until Mixed. Cover Bowl with Plastic
  • Wrap & Refrigerate 1 Hour or until Easy to Handle.
  • Drop Dough by Rounded teaspoonful ( I roll them into Balls) place 2
  • inches apart on Ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake in Preheated Oven @ 350 Degrees. These cookies Bake Fast, they are Done when Set GOLDEN around the edges ONLY because of their Thiness check after 5 minutes. When done leave on sheet for 30 seconds (to prevent tearing) before removing to Wire Rack to Cool further.
