Vinegar Cookies

Homemade, Simple, Easy to Make, Thin & Crisp, Light & DELICIOUS!!!
Ingredients
- 2 Sticks of Softened butter shopping list
- 1 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of distilled white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- In Large Bowl, Mix Butter & Sugar at LOW Speed until Blended, Increase Speed to HIGH, Beat Until Light & Fluffy. At LOW Speed, Beat in: Vinegar & Baking Soda until Mixed. Cover Bowl with Plastic
- Wrap & Refrigerate 1 Hour or until Easy to Handle.
- Drop Dough by Rounded teaspoonful ( I roll them into Balls) place 2
- inches apart on Ungreased Cookie Sheet. Bake in Preheated Oven @ 350 Degrees. These cookies Bake Fast, they are Done when Set GOLDEN around the edges ONLY because of their Thiness check after 5 minutes. When done leave on sheet for 30 seconds (to prevent tearing) before removing to Wire Rack to Cool further.

I first had these at a bed and breakfast in Colorado! They gave me the recipe. Simply delicious, and I just have not had time to post this recipe! So glad you did! Wonderful, wonderful cookie!!
