The vinaigrette for the famous Salade Niçoise from the French Riviera. Up to you to find other uses..
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 minced garlic clove shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake to emulsify.
- Allow the vinaigrette to develop its flavors for at least an hour before using.
- Always shake before using.
