How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the Mozzarella.
  • Let the tomatoes marinate, preferably overnight, but at least 2 hours.
  • Remove excess liquid from tomatoes.
  • Place two tomato halves and one mozzarella cube on each toothpick.
