Jasmine Rice Pilaf Recipe

Jasmine Rice Pilaf Recipe
My first shot at homemade pilaf, and it was easy and came out tasting great! We had it with just a pork roast, but it would be good with anything Indian or Asian, I'm sure. Adapted from a recipe I found on FoodNetwork.com.

Great Pilaf it is a great accompaniment to so many dishes, the shallots are sweeter than garlic, perfect choice.
